Small Group  Training 

A structured program specific for wrestling. Focusing on strength, power, endurance, and conditioning. You get to follow a program instead of guessing what to do which wastes time. All this while under the supervision of a professional. You will learn to track your progress of your main lifts throughout the 6 weeks. (Squats, Cleans, Presses, and Bench.)
